You won't even miss real cake! I promise you.
This recipe took me a few minutes to come up with. I always do my best creating on the fly. Which can be very frustrating, but also really awesome. Keto treats can sometimes be super tricky to make. They can easily flop, be too dry, too moist, too grainy.
This cake has a secret-weapon ingredient. It acts as a binder and improves the texture immensely of an otherwise grainy baked good.
~ 1 cup of almond flour
~ 1/4 cup of coconut flour
~ 1 cup of coconut milk
~ 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
~ 1 tbsp of gelatin ( Great Lakes)
~ 1 scoop of Perfect Keto Salted Caramel Collagen

~ 1 egg
~ 1 tsp of honey
~ 1/2 cup of ketogenic powdered sweetener
Begin by combining all of your dry ingredients into a bowl and mixing thoroughly. Making sure to get all clumps out of the flours.
Now add in the rest of your wet ingredients and mix together. You will need a circular cooking pan and I recommend that you oil the pan with coconut oil. It makes the best nonadhesive in my opinion.
Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 30 mins.
Let cool for 10 mins and enjoy!
